ITDI's improved food processing technologies promote nutritious, safe, ready-to-eat (RTE) and shelf-stable food products. These technologies are carefully researched and perfected to establish good quality food products that are acceptable to consumers.  Among these technologies include RTE chicken arroz caldo, ready-to-drink (RTD) coconut milk, alternative sugar from nipa sap and cacao processed products.
